("Cana"), it has entered into a five-year contract manufacturing agreement with Pharmex S.A. ("Pharmex") to produce three pharmaceutical products. Under the agreement, Cana will manufacture the following products for Pharmex at its EU-GMP-licensed, EMA-certified facility, with combined volumes of approximately 2.86 million units over the five-year term.
